Lemon will provide a fresh surprise during the dinner, as the House of Krug has chosen this single, simple ingredient for every Krug Ambassade head chef around the world to interpret however they wish.
Heiko Nieder didn’t hesitate in choosing Stephen McLaughlin, who was a guest chef at THE EPICURE in 2022. That’s because Heiko Nieder has himself already enjoyed a unique Krug Pairing at the Scottish chef’s “Andrew Fairlie” restaurant.
