At the Dolder Grand Spa, you can indulge in an extensive range of exceptional, exclusive massages, which you can also enjoy as a couple, side by side.
This traditional technique uses rhythmic tapping with bamboo to exert pressure on specific points in the body and harmonise energy flows. The gentle to intensive massage uses the “shi” (fingers) and “atsu” (pressure) along the energy centres to relieve tension and stress and promote an overall sensation of well-being. This treatment is traditionally performed on a shiatsu futon. This technique combines the effect of shiatsu massage with the benefits of bamboo, which enables a massage that is both gentle effective.
For this massage, you can select one of the high-quality organic aromatic oils by Amala, containing 100% natural ingredients.
The Marma vital-points massage and the subsequent full-body massage are a treat for both body and mind.
