Kick off for the asparagus season

On Maundy Thursday, 18 April, and Good Friday, 19 April 2019, we will be celebrating white asparagus at the Saltz restaurant. To kick off the asparagus season, Julian Mai will serve up an exclusive 6-course asparagus and fish dinner with fresh asparagus from expert Caspar Ruetz, who will also be on hand to share a wealth of interesting information about this exquisite vegetable.
