On Sunday, 31 May 2026, the Saltz terrace will transform into the Riviera of the 1960s. Inspired by the spirit of Saint Tropez, a summer opening unfolds with live music, a DJ, culinary highlights and encounters above Zurich.

The culinary diversity of the Dolder Grand shapes the evening. Under the direction of Chef Fine Dining and Culinary Director Heiko Nieder, the teams from The Restaurant, MIKURIYA, blooms, Saltz, ASLY, the pop up concepts, the Patisserie, the banquet culinary team, as well as with classics from the Dolder Grand breakfast, prepare their dishes at various live cooking stations. Selections from international fine dining cuisine, as well as vegan and Japanese inspired creations, invite guests on a culinary journey.
The afternoon begins with an aperitif on the terrace. Champagne and a summer cocktail from the Canvas Bar & Lounge accompany the view over the city.
As the sun sets, the Saltz terrace becomes the stage for an unforgettable summer evening.
