From 20 March 2026, The Dolder Grand presents the Grand Meatery under the motto “Darling, where is the beef?”.

The concept is simple and indulgent: fatty, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Created by Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder, it is a tribute to exceptional meat, defined by refined craftsmanship and expressive flavour. Iconic cuts such as tenderloin, ribeye and entrecôte take centre stage. Each cut is carefully selected and prepared with precision, revealing its natural richness, depth and unmistakable character.

The Grand Meatery is an invitation to savour meat at its finest, combining intensity, quality and culinary precision.
