From 11 March 2026, The Restaurant offers you the opportunity to experience the culinary signature of Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder up close. In a specially elevated seating area within the kitchen, you can follow the preparation of each dish while the 9 member kitchen team creates every course with precision and creativity.

The Chef’s Table accommodates four to five guests and provides direct insight into the work of a Michelin starred kitchen, making creativity, craftsmanship and processes tangible. The experience is available for lunch and dinner as a 7 course The Restaurant menu at the regular The Restaurant prices.
