It’s Tea Time!
In the historic Lobby, British tea culture meets the world of the Dolder Grand. Länggass Tea, warm scones and majestic pastries by Chef Pâtisserie Katrin Wagenblast are served alongside the Savoury Selection by Sous-Chef Bianca Jessner.
Included are a glass of Lenoble AOC Champagne Extra Brut and The Grand Afternoon Cocktail. Head Bartender Matthieu Doucet also created an alcohol-free version of the cocktail. Oysters and caviar can be added during your afternoon tea journey.
The experience extends into the setting: during the festive season, Belgian designer Charles Kaisin returns with golden origami doves suspended throughout the Lobby. The installation brings culinary craft and art together.
