An exclusive Afternoon Tea experience will unite two renowned luxury hotels in January 2026. The Dolder Grand in Zurich and The Fontenay in Hamburg share a passion for exceptional culinary artistry and refined craftsmanship. The Fontenay, an architectural landmark on the shores of the Hamburg Outer Alster, is home to Marco DAndrea, Pastry Chef of the Year 2020. His modern yet delicately composed patisserie is defined by precise textures, clear aromas and a distinctive personal style.

From 16 to 18 January 2026, he will present a selection of his exclusive Afternoon Tea creations at the Dolder Grand, complementing the offer of Chef Patissiere Katrin Wagenblast. Guests can look forward to artfully crafted sweet delicacies and new taste experiences.

In return, Katrin Wagenblast will travel to Hamburg from 24 to 25 January 2026 to present her interpretation of Afternoon Tea at The Fontenay. Her elegant and contemporary Swiss patisserie combines tradition with finesse and offers Hamburg guests a refined glimpse into the world of the Dolder Grand.

This collaboration creates a culinary dialogue between Zurich and Hamburg and invites Afternoon Tea enthusiasts to enjoy an exceptional moment of indulgence.
