Sustainable luxury – is that possible?
Yes! From now on, thanks to the “Dolder Garden” Menu in the Saltz restaurant, you can enjoy vegan food of the highest quality. The Dolder Grand à la carte chef Julian Mai not only uses sustainable and vegan products for the menu, but has also done everything to produce as little CO2 as possible without compromising the taste of his food. The small amount of CO2 produced is doubly compensated through a donation on our part to the MyClimate organization to finance sustainable projects.
The 4-course menu is accompanied by an exquisite wine from Lisa Bader, the sommelier of the year 2021, and includes water and hot drinks.
Weather permitting, the Dolder Garden menu can also be enjoyed on the terrace.
