The large Workout Studio is equipped with a cardiovascular area and machines. Our fitness coaches and personal trainers are available to provide an introduction to using the equipment and also offer individual training. Spa guests are able to take part in fitness courses such as yoga, Pilates or aqua gymnastics. Direct access to the forest is ideal for various outdoor activities such as Nordic walking and jogging. Mountain bikes are also available.

Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga is a new and special way of experiencing yoga. The special hammock helps to counteract the influence of gravity, giving you a feeling of weightlessness and adding a new dimension to the classic yoga positions. New from January 2016.

Meditation workshop

On 5 December 2015 from 2 pm to 7 pm, our trainer Birgit Stoll teaches you how to let your breathing flow naturally, enhance your perception and focus your mind. In the “meditation for beginners” workshop, you will learn how to begin improving your quality of life. Registration
