Workout

The large Workout Studio is equipped with a cardiovascular area and machines. Our fitness coaches and personal trainers are available to provide an introduction to using the equipment and also offer individual training. Spa guests are able to take part in fitness courses such as yoga, Pilates or aqua gymnastics. Direct access to the forest is ideal for various outdoor activities such as Nordic walking and jogging. Mountain bikes are also available.

Running workshop

This workshop on 6 September 2015 with our Personal trainer Christian Spangenberger is dedicated to the synchronisation of breathing technique with the rhythm of our steps as we walk or run. Rhythmic Breathing improves your performance and prevents injuries. More
