The After Dinner Experience
An entirely new way to experience desserts: Top pastry chefs Andy Vorbusch and René Frank (Coda Dessert Bar, Berlin) impressively demonstrate that desserts do not have to be an afterthought at the end of a meal. Take a journey with all of your senses through an extensive range of flavours. This evening is not only for those with a sweet tooth – these master craftsmen also combine unexpected ingredients with traditional patisserie techniques to create irresistible dishes. They largely avoid the use of white flour, lactose, refined sugar and fat.

English Afternoon Tea
From 4 November 2017 to 25 February 2018, the Dolder Grand will be offering traditional English afternoon tea in the lobby: with assorted mini-sandwiches, scones, petits fours and a wide selection of teas.
Every Saturday and Sunday from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm (except on 2 and 31 December) and on 25 and 26 December 2017.

As crisp as the fresh November air
The St. Martin’s Day goose is back. From 11 to 25 November 2017, you can enjoy a deliciously crisp-skinned goose, served whole, carved directly at your table and accompanied by traditional side dishes such as dumplings and red cabbage. For 4 or more persons, pre-orders only (at least 24 hours in advance).

Message in a bottle
Explore a world of exquisite wines – every Friday and Saturday evening from 6 October to 16 December 2017, we will open one of the many treasures in our wine cellar, for example a six-litre imperial bottle, served from a decanting cradle at your table.
