An entirely new way to experience desserts: Top pastry chefs Andy Vorbusch and René Frank (Coda Dessert Bar, Berlin) impressively demonstrate that desserts do not have to be an afterthought at the end of a meal. Take a journey with all of your senses through an extensive range of flavours. This evening is not only for those with a sweet tooth – these master craftsmen also combine unexpected ingredients with traditional patisserie techniques to create irresistible dishes. They largely avoid the use of white flour, lactose, refined sugar and fat.
