Mark Jacob

Mark Jacob, from Switzerland, was a member of the opening team in 2007 and has been Managing Director with overall responsibility for the operations of the Dolder Hotel AG since 2013. Together with his team of around 400 staff, and with a great deal of passion, creativity and professionalism, he is dedicated to redefining hospitality at the Dolder Grand – creating personal moments that live long in the memory and providing a high quality of life far removed from the everyday.
