Heiko Nieder

Heiko Nieder from Germany has been our Chef Fine Dining since the Dolder Grand was reopened in 2008. The secret of his style is his large array of flavours, which go beyond classic expectations of taste. Surprising, light dishes characterise the menu.

The Restaurant has been awarded 18 GaultMillau points and two Michelin stars.

In 2014 Heiko Nieder was awarded the titles of “Best German Chef abroad” by GaultMillau Germany and “Le Grand Chef du Guide Bleu” by Guide Bleu 2014/15 for his culinary creations.
